Strategic Planning

I start with a stakeholder analysis before engaging in a planning session, and followed by the development of a comprehensive plan that has goals, measurable outcomes, tasks, responsible persons, and a timeline.

Keynote Speaking

Customizable 15-60 minute speaking sessions (live or virtual). Past topics have included: resilient leadership, courageous leadership, servant leadership, social justice, navigating change, and empowering education.

Program & Curriculum Development

Bespoke program or course development aimed at delivering a service or educating an audience. I've created more than 30 courses and a dozen extensive academic or nonprofit programs that resulted in major expansion of mission for each organization.

Organizational Coaching

Custom one-on-one coaching with leaders or small teams. Coaching is usually aimed at achieving specific goals and organizational objectives and includes in-person and virtual sessions.
