Who is Dr. Vincent?

I am passionate about helping organizations reach their potential. I have been consulting with nonprofit and for-profit organizations for more than 20 years (yes… I am that old).

Over the years, I have served more than 200 church-related organizations, global nonprofits, and small businesses. Career experience includes executive administration, professor, founder, and CEO.

Areas of expertise and organizational coaching include:

In addition to extensive consulting and business experience, I earned a master’s degree in organizational psychology and a doctorate in organizational administration.
